Membership Benefits
THE TOP PUB – MEMBERSHIP & LOYALTY SYSTEM

All participants must have attained the age of 18 years.

The membership year runs from 1 July to 30 June.

Membership fees are $10 per year.

Top Pub membership cards will be issued when joining.

Lost cards will be replaced for free 1st time and will cost $5 for all subsequent times.

Renewal fees fall due and payable in the month of June.

Loyalty Reward Points will be accumulated at 1 point for every $1 spent.

Points can be earnt on all individual Food & Beverage purchases.

Points can be redeemed at the rate of 25pts for $1 on all purchases of Food & Beverages where the total cost is paid in points only.

All loyalty points must be redeemed by June 30 each year, or they will be forfeited, in accordance with the Hotel Auditor’s instructions.

It is the member’s obligation to produce their membership card at each purchase.

Staff will not be responsible for the registering of member’s cards for points, with any purchases.

Members will receive a free beverage and a 25% discount on a one-off food purchase (maximum 8 persons) during their Birthday month.

Members will be eligible to partake in Happy Hour promotions (Monday to Friday from 4-5pm and Sundays from 11am to 1pm).

A Membership Draw will be held twice a week on Wednesday & Saturday, jackpotting by $50 each draw until won.

Members will receive invites to the hotel Christmas Party and other events throughout the year.

Members will receive discounts on all beverage pricing.

All Non-Members will be charged an additional rate of 10% for beverages.
